The purchase and possession of an admission ticket constitutes your acceptance to these terms and conditions.
You can only purchase tickets to the Santa’s Grotto if you are 18 years old or over. By placing an order, you warrant and represent that you are aged 18 years or over and can enter into legally binding contracts.
Tickets include admission into Santa’s Grotto at Rochdale Riverside. Adults who are not part of a group that include a child admission, who would like to visit alone, are not allowed to visit our Santa’s Grotto.
All orders by you are subject to acceptance by us.
Your contract will come into existence immediately at the time your booking is completed.
Your booking is completed when you see a “Booking Confirmation” page on your screen.
We will send you an email including the “Booking Confirmation” confirming your booking, which will include a summary of your booking.
Admission tickets are non refundable and non-transferable.
Admission tickets purchased online are only valid if purchased via Santa's Village Website.
Admission tickets purchased online are only valid for use on the date and time shown and the specified number and type of persons as stated on the tickets.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the ticket before arrival at the Santa’s Grotto at Rochdale Riverside.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked time slot.
Children (0 – 15 years) must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18+ years.
Children must NOT be left unattended at any time.
Rochdale BID reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the site at anytime during their visit due to behaviour deemed inappropriate by Rochdale BID management, in these circumstances, no refund will be given.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within the Santa’s Grotto.
Pets or other animals may not be brought into the Grotto (except guide or hearing dogs).
As part of our safeguarding policy, adult only admissions are not allowed. Should an adult be meeting a group including children at a later time, we would kindly ask that on arrival you contact them by mobile and request that they meet you at the entrance for identification.

Personal data is only used by Santa’s Village, registered Santa’s Village Entertainment Ltd. Data is not passed on to third parties.
From time to time, Santa’s Village will undertake general photo and video shoots as part of their marketing activity. If you do not wish to be included in any photographic material, please advise the team undertaking the activity, inclusion assumes consent to the use of the material.
Where an individual shot is required, consent for use will be requested. Photographs can be taken in the Santa’s Grotto.
Photographs are taken by you as the customer. Santa’s Grotto staff are on hand to assist should you require their help.
We seek to ensure that your visit to the Grotto is a happy and memorable one for you and your guests for all the right reasons, however we cannot be liable for distress caused by circumstances beyond our control (including the weather conditions) nor for any emotional distress or disappointment caused by the role playing of characters (including, if any Child (or Adult) loses his or her belief in Santa Claus for any reason as a result of visiting the Grotto.
The appearance and availability of Santa's Grotto characters may be subject to change.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw character appearances without prior notice.Parking is available in the Rochdale Riverside Car Park located at M&S.
